    PHASE 1<\/strong> \u2013 <\/strong><\/span>In the early sessions, you\u2019ll receive help in identifying your limiting beliefs and decisions that set you back from living an empowered life. Before you set out to change what gives you a hard time in life, you must first dive into understanding yourself, your habits, as well as how you see yourself and the world.<\/p>\n

    PHASE 2 \u2013<\/strong><\/span> With your coach\u2019s help, you will develop new patterns to manage situations that are giving you a hard time, so you can overcome them. As a result, these new patterns will become part of your life, and will be unconsciously there when you need them.<\/p>\n

    PHASE 3<\/strong> \u2013<\/strong><\/span> With our support, you will reinforce these patterns and learn way to develop new patterns, by yourself and as you see fit, for any situation.<\/p>\n
