How can coaching help me?

Coaching, especially through NLP, is a process designed to bring quick and immediate results, as long as you are dedicated and 100% determined to make a change. The coach’s goal is to help you discover your innate abilities and showcase them. This way you can stand on your own two feet and face the demands and challenges, stemming from your professional and personal life.

It’s a process, always done with you and not to you. There are no magical solutions or techniques, where we wave a magic wand and all of sudden your problems are resolved. Everything happens based on your model of the world and reality. We make sure you are supported to arouse parts of your mind and thought, you never thought you had in you. The aim is to create new processes now, and do on an unconscious level, instinctively.

The whole process is anchored in the relationship between coach and coachee, and the trust built around that relationship. We focus on your current state and the result you want to achieve. In this journey of self-discovery, we’ll work as a compass, helping you find true north in your decision making. In our sessions, we combine:

How does this work: It works in a 3-phase approach.

 

PHASE 1 In the early sessions, you’ll receive help in identifying your limiting beliefs and decisions that set you back from living an empowered life. Before you set out to change what gives you a hard time in life, you must first dive into understanding yourself, your habits, as well as how you see yourself and the world.

PHASE 2 – With your coach’s help, you will develop new patterns to manage situations that are giving you a hard time, so you can overcome them. As a result, these new patterns will become part of your life, and will be unconsciously there when you need them.

PHASE 3 With our support, you will reinforce these patterns and learn way to develop new patterns, by yourself and as you see fit, for any situation.
